Woojin Lee

Woojin Lee is an artist, designer, and educator whose work explores the territory between physical and virtual worlds, often presenting workplace environments as spaces where the behavior of human and nonhuman organisms intersect. Originally from Seoul, South Korea, Woojin relocated to New York in 2006. She has received numerous awards, including the 2020 BRIO Award and the 2019 AHL Foundation Artist Fellowship. She holds an MFA in Digital Interdisciplinary Art Practice from the City College of New York and an MS in Communications Design from Pratt Institute. She has taught at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, the City College of New York, and FIT in New York City. She currently teaches in the Design Department at SUNY New Paltz.
